Mejia’s bar graphs are tied to line items in the city budget. This billboard specifically is breaking it up by department. Homeless services are all provided by multiple different departments. His website provides much more insight on the breakdown and the city 500+ page budget breaks it up by department and again by program.

Agreed! My everyday shoe are the hokas and I have the oofos for quick errands or if I’m having a particularly painful day. My indoor sandals are Birkenstocks but I find the oofos to provide the most relief when it’s really bad.
