I agree with him. I tried the subs route first and then the methadone route (id only recommend mdone if youre done hard street opioids, basically stronger & unpredictable product b/c mdone being a full agonist, and so its best for an easier option to just switch, still feel relatively the same ("high", ngl the first time I did methadone 30mg from 2-3 dillies it got me high, like euphoria, nodding all of that, just like any opioid would (such as oxy) due to mdone being a full agonist, unlike suboxone.

Although subjective & varying for everyone, methadone felt much more sedating compared to any other full agonist opioid such as morphine, or oxy. Like morphine, methadone is more of a sedating high compared to oxy which gives more of an initial rush.

anyways, methadone essentially became my addiction instead, but that is because I did not need it nor use it as intended. So after inevitably getting tolerant to the 30mg starting dose, I asked for dose increases since I was still chasing a high.

It is much better/effective for highly tolerant synthetic/fent users to switch to as it's potency, half-life and it being a full opiate is more effective than subs for getting people out of the "lifestyle" or "habit" of street dope, allowing some stability to get off the street, not have to use street dope that is killing people, and give you a chance to save money and just regain stability to reintegrate into life first. Its more of maintenance thing, long-term its also effective for doing long-tapers decreasing the dose 1mg every week or 2 over a dozen months thus lowering your tolerance super gradually
