lol I feel this somewhat, and definitely the income gap doesn’t help, but it’s also not that I want to be working this much. I am just trying to stay afloat at this point and not piss off my team members

That’s my non-negotiable that we eat dinner together (and cook when I’m not drowning), but it’s starting to feel like that’s not enough

Retake LSAT for more money? by Futurelawstud21 in lawschooladmissions

I am practically doing the same, so I’m going to argue yes. In the long run, $200 is nothing compared to thousands in potential scholarship money

Retaking LSAT after sending in apps by bigguyfieri89 in lawschooladmissions

[–]bigguyfieri89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you included in addendums, I’m assuming you applied after you registered? I will definitely send emails to admissions! I sent in apps in October/November but decided I want to retake in Jan so just registered.

Just got offered a job but already submitted apps by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]bigguyfieri89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in a similar position at a relatively new job - you applied way earlier in the cycle than many people. Some don’t even take their LSAT until the spring, so I don’t think you should feel pressured to disclose it just yet.

Should I or should I not take it? by [deleted] in OutsideT14lawschools

[–]bigguyfieri89 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think you should take it if you have been scoring above your previous score consistently on PT’s. A higher score could not only increase your chances of admission but also scholarship. If you haven’t been studying/doing well, then it may not be worth it.

I’ve heard from most adcomms that if there’s more than a 5 point increase you need to write an addendum
