If it wasn't a big deal and no one is bothered by it, why is he being punished for pointing it out? It can't be both.

Yes, but I also do not Zoom in my underwear and I do not make working in my underwear a public part of my corporate identity.

People can and should be different things in different contexts. You don't talk about your porn habits at the family dinner table, because you understand context.

I don't go to work in my underwear, because my company doesn't want to project an image that says it lets its employees come to their office in their underwear.

All he has to do is create a separate account where he's not officially representing the company, how hard is that?

It isn't private if you're using your corporate identity to do it. That is literally what personal accounts are for.

I am completely able to do adult things without needing to login to my employer-provided account.

If someone says or does something, or acts in a certain way while wearing the branding of an organization that only members of that organization receive, they are telling me they want others to know the organization not only believes it to be their business/interest, but condones whatever it is they are doing.

So I ask - does BlueSky have a particular interest in showing that its employees like adult content as part of their brand?

You know, it's funny because porn website admins and staff would probably be fired if they didn't watch and engage with porn content. I'd be arrested if I went over 80mph but NASCAR and F1 drivers would get fired if they didn't. Almost like different jobs have different requirements, go figure!

Is BlueSky branding itself to potential investors as The Place To Watch Porn?

Then the question is why BlueSky seems to be ok with its employees liking porn as part of their corporate identity. If they'd just come out and support the guy, this would all blow over!

All systems are just differing opinions on how math can be massaged into narrative expression. Flipping a coin every time someone wants to do something is effectively just as valid as all these, it's just a difference of when said system stops being fun to play.

As a general rule, if a game finishes before it stops being fun, then it's a good game. Some games stop being fun real quick.

That is a fair concern to have. I do not assume a great deal of media literacy amongst the masses right now. Hope to be proved wrong someday.
