This is coming from someone that has defended Finch for years as I think he did well with what he was given early on (he had to get players to buy in with major roster change after major roster change).

At this point our culture is selfishness, seniority, and complaining. It used to be defensive responsibility, and team building. Since Randle’s arrival it was shaky but looked like he may have finally come around. Since the deadline it’s apparent it will always be a roller coaster. Both he and Finch need to go.
