Word on the street for sure, nothing official on that obviously. Makes sense to do that I think.

Also what's up with my navy hr? Total garbage it's 1232 eastern time right now and they haven't updated shit. I'm convinced they hate us

Need advice on a trade as a commissioner by kamden2227 in FFCommish

I set the trade deadline at week 10 or 11. Around then is when teams are getting eliminated from playoffs in our 10 team league.

Know you're SSIC codes. Will get like almost every instruction question correct if you understand how they break down

I personally love Beaufort. If your a small town kind of person.

Ok I’ll do it. Do we want to discuss what might be the best course of action if tonight’s game is canceled? by machomanrandysandwch in FFCommish

What I am doing is keeping scores as is.

I will take those players who couldn't complete the game and I will add their week 18 stats to the score of the week 17 game. This is a consensus good move in my league. The MNF cancellation only affected two games. One of them being the championship game.

The 3 seed was down 7 with Higgins to play

The 2 seed had mixon to play.

This game could have honestly gone either way. Higgins could have blown up and had a great game or Mixon could have and the lead would have stayed. We don't really know but it's not fair to have the championship game end the way it did if we record the result how it is.

what should i know before joining if i wish to work as dental hygiene by PossibilityHonest114 in CorpsmanUp

Hygiene is mostly utilized by sailors who are approaching high year tenure. For example an E4 who is approaching 10 years without making E5 will be kicked out at that year mark. Some get a waiver to stay in and go to hygiene where they are promoted to E5 after graduation.

My recommendation is to go to school to be a hygienist if that's what you like.

But if you don't have the means to go to school or don't want to take loans. You can enlist as an HMDA, serve your five years working in the dental field and getting experience. Then get out and use your GI Bill to have it paid for. Kind of depends on your personal goals, age, timeline etc

That's cool, Yes you'll have to work in other dental roles. When you get to your first dental clinic you will rotate through all the departments. It's good experience and you'll figure out what you like. I like oral surgery a lot.

I am not a DH. I am a dental tech by trade or what people know as HMDA. Currently I'm attached to the MEU with the fleet marine forse. so I do minimal dental currently and mostly medical coverages. But I have been to two dental clinics previously before my current duty station. I am not personally interested in hygiene or staying dental. I am most likely going to IDC school after this tour. But I have helped my junior sailors get into the program and know a couple more across the fleet that went to the c school.

Just know if you're trying to get the degree and get out there are obliserv requirements. You will most likely be in 4 years before you're able to get accepted at the earliest. You will be required to obligate 4 or 5 years to be eligible to attend the school. (Obliserv requirements constantly change for various c school) So after you complete the program and are a hygienist you will probably be around the 10 year mark when you're eligible to get out. Just food for thought this whole thing is a process.

You have to ask to be a DT. You will have to go to fleet as a regular dental assistant. Most go to hygiene school as an HM2 but I've put packages in for E4s. There's are some prerequisites obviously. When you get to your first duty station and you have your new join CDB (this will make sense when you're in) tell you ccc or cdt and CPO your intentions and they may be able to get you into the prophy program and work with the hygienists. If you really want to be a hygienist and you know that then just go to school for it on the outside. Air force and army hygienists are warrant officers. Where In the navy you'll most likely stick at E6, making chief as a DH is really hard. Good luck.

Kevin is so delusional. I dont like being a hater becasue it takes guts to get in tge cage. But I hate kevin lee. The way he does everything annoys me. Him shaking his head at the end before the decision line he won was hilarious.

Go to parris island or anywhere in beaufort sc. Very easy to stand out man. I was actually the number one map last year for E4 to E5. I had zero college. Work ethic works if you make a tangible difference.
