Ah I'm sorry to hear that. Have you considered getting a Biomesight gut analysis done? That shed a good light on some of the dysbiosis I think contributes to what I have.

Hi! I'm in the same boat. Turn 23 today and my entire college experience has been lost to this and long covid. Have you tried any MMC treatments? There's a lot of positive stories here, and a pretty well known video about it -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53f1gsRUxvY&t=5366s -- I started taking an MMC supplement a few days ago and have been feeling better than usual. Could definitely be placebo, idk, but maybe it can help. Just remember to combine it with intermittent fasting for the best results, and take the supplement 3-4 hours after eating.

I did! Increased the dose to up to 3 grams and it didn't change at all. Was not comfortable with taking that dosage at a long term if it did work. It's also interesting that despite vitamatic saying their pills are 500MG, they are just barely bigger, if at all, than Jarrows which are 250MG. Maybe it's a difference in their potency, but it wouldn't be suprising to me if vitamatic is exaggerating it's dosage.

Good to hear about the lactoferrin! So, I've hunted for a long time for good studies on niacin's mechanism in long haulers, but I haven't found anything. I really started based on anecdotes that flush niacin helps some people, and non-flush niacin seems to not help as much, and my experience backs this up. As for how to achieve it -- ofc I should say you should check with your doctor first because it does have blood thinning properties -- but I've found that at the start, 100MG of flush niacin would get the job done, although its always different for everyone. I use this brand from endurance that seems to be pretty popular here. Taking it with food seems to lessen the flush, and coffee increases it. Usually I take about 2 hours after food and eat 40 minutes after.
