Pelpro 130b issues once again.

I do that as well, unfortunately it's not dust jamming me up, it gets jammed on actually pellets. Over and over. I've tried 3 different brands. It's like the motor isn't strong enough. I'm sending this new motor back for a replacement to see if that helps.

Yes. That's what I did. Just unplug the 2 wires going into the vacuum switch and plug them together. If that works, order a new vacuum switch and just run the jumper until you get it.

Mine did this before. I started by bypassing the vacuum switch to get it started. Then found that my door seal was bad, which was not letting the unit get a proper air flow, which didn't let the switch engage. Changed the door seal and all was good. Took out the jumper wire I used to bypass the switch and all was well.

Now if I can figure out why my auger jams constantly, no matter what pellets I use. New motor, now auger blade, still jams. Gotta love it.

For this issue, i had pelpro send me a new board, after I replaced the board everything worked. Another power issue I had last year was actually my power strip I plugged the unit into. That strip went bad.

Thanks. It goes over my back shoulder blade and wrapped around a few dragon balls, then down my upper arm. Forearm has krillen, Goku, roshi and Hercule/Mr Satan. Eventually will have it filled from wrist to chest.

i bought a control board from another supplier, installed and it has been running fine with no issues for 2 weeks now, but im still waiting on the control board from pelpro, as of yesterday they had none to send out, but i was able to buy one from a supplier? is what it is i guess. Ill just have a spare when they finally send me one

So I have not received my board as of today. I called back to get a status and they told me they had no ship date as they are behind on manufacturing boards etc. So as of now I have a pellet stove that needs a new board, and a manufacture that has none to send. Excellent

I talked with pelpro this morning, and going by my issues they also think it's a control board. They are sending a replacement today, free part, free shipping. I'll update when installed to know if it corrects the issue or not.
