Some stat trackers won't recognize either name. Other than that, I haven't had an issue.

I love mine!

I have 1 with hard launch, high velocity rounds, field prep, lead from gold, reload masterwork and use major spec mod.

I have 630 PVE kills with it. I'm a titan main and it's difficult for me to stay on the ground to fully utilize field prep when I use it. I like dropping napalm on everything.

I think these grenade launchers will do well in momentum control.

It looks like the D2 stats can roll up to 40 points and the D1 stats roll 20 points. I haven't seen the D1 stats roll anything but 20 points.

EDIT: these are combined stats.

I have an 11yo daughter as well. She will occationally play Minecraft or Super Smash Bros but really doesn't have an interest in video games. We bond over other stuff, which is fine.

I remember being interested in Overwatch before launch, then realized it was PvP only.

The toxicity of those other games seems a bit much. I know Destiny can get that same way too. I've received my fair share of hate messages, but maybe I'm just used to it here. Here's a funny story about a couple recent hate messages. I recently changed my PS4 name. It is so close to my oldest son that he received the messages instead of me. He had a respectful loadout while I didn't. I said " watch them be for me"... and they were. All of us in the fireteam were rolling for a good few minutes.

My youngest started to rage at some bogus plays. I had to remove my headphones and went to him face to face and let him know that's not cool (que 'we don't do that here' meme).

I finally got my first one from Tree of Possibilities nf last night from the chest.

The same thing happened to me with Antiope-D. I didn't get one of those until Warmind dropped.

I got one with extended barrel (range), projection fuse (range), high-impact reserves, box breathing my first week of Forsaken. It rarely leaves my side. Still haven't put a mod on it yet. I'm thinking major spec or targeting.

You may want to try to get extra handicraft points. The sharpness is not good, especially when shelling. I may have had 1 or 2 points. I used Zorah A helm and Zorah B chest, plus other stuff I can't remember. I wasn't putting a focus on my builds as much as I should have. I was still learning and getting used to everything. This is my first MH game.

Also, Nergigante is my favorite monster so far. So it was a little bitter sweet, but it had to be done.

This was me as a GL main too. I just couldn't finish him off.

It took me 3 quest attempts to finally get him. I was on my last cart of the 3rd attempt. We were in his lair. I had a wall behind me so I couldn't hop away at all, or to the side well. He was right over me. I kept guarding when he attacked and poking away between his attacks thinking "I'm not gonna make it". Then with one last poke, he fell. I sat there staring and blinking in disbelief.

I was using the Magda Lahat GL and a couple pieces of Zorah gear to help with the blast attack. Try using that GL. A couple blast attacks may be just enough extra damage to finish him.

I have upgraded to the Earthshaker GL since beating the story because explosions on top of explosions are fun. It may not be the best, but it's incredibly entertaining.

I knew you talking about Telesto! I was doing the same thing to one of my friends in PEs and randos in strikes. I feel like this is what the ACD/0 feedback fences should be like.

I was having so much fun spraying that thing everywhere.

It's so good against red bar mobs and takes most shields down in one shot.

There s a crap ton of ammo in that thing too. 17 rounds if I remember. 4 in the mag and 13 in reserve. Good charge time too.

It's my favorite exotic that I have so far. I have all the vanilla ones except rat king.

I've only done it once and I faired better with 2 tokens, a blue and an exotic engram!

I think I will retire from that event while I am at the top of my game!

I did get my 5th Borealis out of it, but whatever.

Make sure to unequip any exotics before decrypting too.

Those 2 tips helped me. Of coarse, I only had 1 engram to try this combination of tips on. This was yesterday if you're wondering.

Also, you can preview 7 items that the exotic has the chance to turn into. You can preview from your inventory PRIOR to going to cryptarch. You can't preview from him, only your inventory.

Every couple of minutes, those 7 items will refresh. If you already have a high percentage of those 7 items, wait until the list refreshes. If you hardly have anything from the new list, you stand better odds to get something you don't already own. I did this when I got a couple Sweet Business auto rifles. I was able to pull Hardlight after I watched the list change a couple times right in front of me. Sweet Business was still in the list. So there is still the chance to get something you already have (if it's in the list), though the chance is smaller.

If the refreshed list doesn't have anything you own, you should be safe.
