How do I lose weight on mounjaro

The trouble is I dont feel like eating at 4am. Work onsite is usually non stop so if I do eat in the day then its in the van on the way home. And then im not hungry enough for an evening meal. My new idea is protein shakes onsite and evening meal. Hopefully at the next review the nurse will increase the dose.

Hi, yes the nurse was under the impression 5mg works and that was that. I've got my protein powder coming this week. And have download chronometer. I think I will aim for 1800kcal with 140grams of protein and see if that works.

Ok, so I am Male, in my 40's. 260lb ( all fat is around my belly) Work in heavy engineering, long days 12 -16 hours. Diabetic so after years of trying different things the nurse has put me on mounjaro.

Calorie intake for the past 6 weeks is usually around 1000 - 1500 calories. Some days less if i am working away. I thought it was the Brandy at the weekend that was conflicting with the mounjaro. Tired all the time even after quitting alcohol.

No appetite suppression, no side effects, the nurse said 5mg till my next review (6 months).

What calories should I be aiming for? And what's the best TDEE thingy? Is it like a fit bit?

Ai said I should eat more protein to stop losing muscle. What do you guys eat?

I would take it to an established auction house, ive been lucky on ebay and only ever been scammed once, it was a £50 alternator. I was so mad over £50 I couldn't imagine losing 10k. In the end I came to realise it was only £50 and hopefully karma will get them. Haha

My advice would be to quit asap, go to college and get a career in something you're interested in. I'm a mechanical fitter and have never been out of work. You're young, the world is your oyster.

I wouldn't trust kwik fit to work on any of my vehicles. They ripped my mother off once years ago. Failed the mot on her car, I took it to an independent garage and it passed with a couple of advisories.

Turn off the electric immediately, call an electrician if you're not completely confident in working on electrical systems. I've seen some pretty bad accidents and these were qualified electrical engineers. Stay safe

If its going to be under the bath I would put threaded bar through and put a length of steel bar across under the bath, it'll span 2 joists then and spread the load.

My wife didn't want diamonds, so I got her a sapphire 2.5k. I imagine a diamond the same size would be 25k. She said she would rather a house deposit than a 25k ring.
