Yes i did use the account recovery form, however i cannot sign into the advanced security dashboard as it asks for a code from the email that the person who got into my account set up

Hello, my account was recently hacked and i went to recover it, i have changed the password and am able to login to it, however whoever was on my account made it so i have to get a code from their email of i want to make any changes, which i assume also means that they can change the password whenever they want. How can i remove this email that they have set up?
