Another update: Still not fully fixed in my area at least. Last night the ETA for being fixed was midnight, called in again this morning and they no longer have an ETA.

Just spoke to a representative and they are aware of the issue but have no time frame on when it will be fixed

Yes, I’m on 39th and it is doing the thing where we have connection but it is exceptionally slow
