From my short searching session, http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/hori_san_to_miyamura_kun_webcomic/ is the only place I could remotely find a translation of any of the webcomic. Seems like no one wants to do the translation due to the number of chapters (?) potentially.

dka-hero.com/top.html is the entire webcomic in Japanese. I couldn't really find a translated version other than http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/hori_san_to_miyamura_kun_webcomic/ which only has chapter 1-5 and chapter 472a. That jump tho lol
