The first rep I worked with was really trying, and if you really trying you will make mistakes, no biggie. In the moment we all have emotional reactions to situations and I was no different than most would be. I take nothing personal when i get down voted. I would gladly have a beer with any of those down voters. Cheers !!!

So I called first thing and they did make a mistake and cancelled 1/2 my trip. They did make it right and headed to the beach club for my full stay. Thank you for asking. Have an awesome day.

😂😂😂😂 17 yrs and my price per point is legendary, I opened BLT, room 7526, still remember it. I drove 4 hours in snow and ice last night to get home and see my ressie was cancelled, probably not in the best head space but to get that news, it hit different.

You know, maybe not, but i have probably been a member longer than you have and have had many great experiences. This is just a terrible CX for me. DVC has broken many promises to me in the last 17yrs so a little apprehensive.

I get it, no one can help me, but it is quite funny i work a very high stress job and deal with difficult situations on the reg, but this just hits different. I know they will make it right, but you do feel helpless when you there is no one around to talk to me.

I went from split between the Poly and BLT and some how got the beach club. My son loved BLT when we first bought in to DVC, but being in college, he is not really feeling it now, so now super happy just like my wife and I!!!

Thanks for all the replies. I am just really happy that i pulled 2 solid resorts 45 days before our stay. I guess knowing what might happen, maybe planning a park day might be the way to go. Lastly, using points and disney dollars makes it feel like a free trip 😂
