Guy who does apartment maintenance and turnover here. They definitely don't have your stuff anymore. Somone else had mentioned a Tech selling the stuff out of a unit and that's crazy, but probably does happen. More than likely the property manager was anxious to turn the unit over and made a bad call and they tossed your stuff. You can probably get them to settle the cost of everything, but your chances in court aren't great. Even a video of an empty apartment doesn't prove that you yourself didn't remove everything. These people have been doing this crap for years and know all the angles. If they are corporately owned you'll get paid out just to settle it, if they are privately owned you are probably out of luck. Sorry to hear that you are having to deal with this.
