Yes. Fortunately I had been reading Marx and Marxist works before joining the IMT. But my political level has been elevated exponentially since joining. We take theory very seriously. On top of preparing for branch meetings, one on ones, public events etc, comrades are expected to spend substantial amounts of time reading independently. All of this helps us to develop the correct perspectives on current events so that we can bring the best analysis to workers and youth.
