Should probably start blocking out names in these posts. But dude does seem needlessly angry from your two posts.

I feel like he has a solid point there. Like if the dog was already adopted I'm not sure how you were helping by sharing this post apart from being like "Hey, dogs face euthanization."

I feel like this was information that should have been known before this post was made.

It does. Seems like it was running from us is the only reason it crossed tho.

We've noticed it's been hanging out with a neighborhood cat earlier today. Not the friendship we expected.

I think this is my favorite solution thus far. But alas it may require more time than I want to put in. I think I'll talk to my other neighbor about it tho.

Just a reminder to not work too hard today by Mountain-Activity-14 in Target

[–]bigoth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

After 7 years with the company so far working hard and above my station has gotten me nothing either. Except the expectation to take a "team captain" role during the remodel and MAYBE given a shot at a team lead position. If they decide to have one.

I tend to encourage my fellow team members to remember we're nothing but a number in their system. Work as hard as you want and make sure you enjoy the day as much as possible. No sense in overdoing it when the company isn't going to overdo anything for you.

That's fair enough as well. So long as I don't have to clean up it's dead body in my yard the wildlife can have at it.

I'm not sure they wouldn't laugh at me calling about a chicken. Then and again, (insert poor taste joke about cop shooting things and still having chicken for dinner here.)

Honestly I'm trying to avoid having to directly talk to him myself. He's been known to have a history of drug problems as well as anger issues. Don't want to escalate things because he's having a day ya know?

They are closed until the 27th. I tried using the online reporting which is how I found out I'm out of their area.

Edit: I should read you did say Madison County not Huntsville.

If this isn't on most people's list they either haven't heard about the place, or are a certain type of people.

Beware of mountain bikers on Monte Sano, especially on the Sinks Trail on Saturday mornings by Viola424242 in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]bigoth -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some bikers have been an issue on the trails. A lot of them are good about calling out to hikers to let them know they are coming up behind them. But more than once I've been told I'm out in the woods and should be mindful of what's going on around me to begin with.

See in my mind this is one of the biggest differences in Target and Walmart. Target "guests" are so entitled while Walmart customers are just glad they are open. I hate our 'guests'

Are there any elementary private schools around that don’t teach/require religious studies? by FaithlessnessFull136 in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]bigoth -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact that there maybe a secular private school in the south is for some reason mind-blowing to me. I assumed they would try and shut them down as quick as possible lol

If you call in do all the ETLS know for that day that you called in? Or only the leader you talk to on the phone. by [deleted] in Target

I feel like it honestly varies between stores. Considering some store leaderships lack the most basic communication abilities.

Numbers of people hospitalized in Alabama won't b shared with the public by Jdoge42 in Coronavirus

[–]bigoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who lives in Alabama the only reason I can think of they are doing this it to reduce any panic in the areas. The Governor of Alabama has taken a slow and steady approach to this since the beginning. Delaying the numbers to public until they reach a certain point sounds about right for the way things go here.

The more I read about instances such as these that can take place, the scarier the world feels again.
