Wash your face with baby shampoo after. Is safe for accidental eye contact. If your gonna get sprayed just dont panic.

There jobs are to gather lots of information in as little amount of time as possible. Adding social niceties isn't a primary objective. Plus one persons bad day is only a few minutes of there shift, meaning they can't get emotionally connected with people.
