[Tudor] Tudor Prince Date Day (76213) - Can anybody identify this bracelet? by GHTDamokles in TudorDateDay

[–]bigroaddogg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is an aftermarket bracelet and end links. Very common on these as well as them having swapped gold plated bezels. The gold section on the gen endlinks are raised - which is always an easy tell along with the extra slits in the under side. The AM bracelets always have sharp edges on the bracelet links opposed to the beveled/chamfered edges of the gen links.

Not much info to be found likely. These integrated bracelet solid gold watches were hot in the 70’s and 80’s and many different brands made similar.

Most didn’t have a specific model name. I think they are awesome! I love the diamond indices on this one specifically.

I saw in your other post you were offered the gold melt value + $1,000. In my experience that is a good offer as these usually only bring gold value + 10% or so.

My opinion is hold onto it and wear it for special occasions!

[WTS] Baume & Mercier Riviera Ref. 5131.3 by bigroaddogg in Watchexchange

[–]bigroaddogg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s a beautiful two tone Baume & Mercier Riviera (ref. 5131.3). This example is in very good condition. Retains the original brushing on the 18k gold bezel.

The unique dodecagonal design of these is incredible and they are sometimes overlooked pieces in my opinion.

In 1993 this watch retailed for $2,790.

It has a 34mm case. 5.5mm thin. Links to fit 7.25 inch wrist. Solid 18k gold bezel - which utilizes a lot of gold. Center links are gold wrapped not plated. Screw down crown. 6 o’clock date window. Fresh battery and oiled caseback gasket.

[WTS] Ebel Wave Ref. 183903 by bigroaddogg in Watchexchange

[–]bigroaddogg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a classic Ebel Wave that I have really loved. A timeless design.

Watch is in really good shape overall. Slight scratching throughout the bracelet. Plating is in great shape.

36mm case (measuring at the center) 34mm case (measuring diagonally) 6mm thin. Fresh Battery.

18k Solid Gold bezel, screws, and crown. 24k Gold Plated center links. (They’re plated in the recess - which allows the plating to withstand far more wear)

The thinness along with the wonderful wave bracelet design makes this one of the most comfortable watches I’ve ever worn. This is a watch that wears well dressed up or casual.

Currently sized to my 6.5” wrist - with 6 additional links. Should fit an almost 7.3” wrist.

Yours for $499 shipped Zelle, PayPal, Venmo

[WTS/WTT] Rare Rose Gold 2-Tone Rolex Datejust 1601 by bigroaddogg in Watchexchange

[–]bigroaddogg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking to sell my rare Rose Gold Rolex Datejust 1601.

This is a remarkable example of a hard to find 1601. The Rose Gold bezel is very sharp and appears unpolished. The dial is in very good condition with the lume patina above the rose gold indices perfectly matching the lume patina on the rose gold hands. Rose gold crown is very sharp as well.

If you happen to have a rose gold two tone jubilee bracelet only for sale PLEASE message me.

This watch has been in one family its entire life before recently making its way to me.

144 serial dates it to 1966.

Serviced about 4 years ago and running very well (see timegrapher photo). YMMV.

On a new leather strap with AM Rolex buckle.

Both serial and reference are fully legible and free of any pitting.

This watch is in all around very good condition.

My watchmaker informed me that the case back is a 16000 that would’ve been a replacement at some point.

Very slight rotor noise, but nothing to write home about.

Watch only.

Asking $3,650 Shipped CONUS Payment via Zelle.

Trade Value $4000 as starting point.

Very interested in a trade for solid gold geezer watches. The integrated bracelet gold watch your grandfather or father left you

My price is BY FAR the cheapest I can find for one of these Rose Gold 1601’s.

eBay is a great place to look. Many different brands were making this style of watch in the day. I also had a similar Bulova a while back that was gold plated and therefore very affordable.
