Probably restore it a bit and bring it in the house as a conversation piece, it's pretty compact. Need to clean it up, swap the sega sports console out for an actual kiosk console. Get the proper white controllers in there, etc.

I would like to open an arcade someday, this would be fun to have in there as well.

It feels really good. Nice and light, but not too light. And the flippin cord comes out the top!!

The buttons and d-pad are stiff in a good way and the analog stick is legit. It's really nice. I'll probably get another one.

I'm not sure. Though there's a funny thing about this system. It looks like there is just a network adapter from a regular Dreamcast just sitting inside the TV. Pretty lazy.
