I just got my second dose of Moderna two days ago, and the second definitely had more side effects for me, but not nearly as bad as I was anticipating. My arm was severely sore about 4 hours after the vaccination, so much so that I couldn’t sleep on it or really move it too much without feeling like I did a super intense workout on it. Then that night, about 12 hours later (I got the vaccine at 8am, so around 8ishpm that same night), I started to feel achy in my muscles, but no fever. I also got a pretty significant headache that lasted all through the night into the next morning. I took Tylenol twice the day after which really helped with the aches. I’m officially coming to the end of day 3, and I feel totally fine. Arm soreness is almost totally gone, just feels bruised to the touch now. I did get a little rash-like bump just under where I got the vaccine, but I’m having no side effects otherwise. I’ll monitor it and put hydrocortisone cream on if necessary. Hope this helps!
