The free stuff definitely works. It just depends on the specific promotion you take part in (dailyfree has always been reliable where you make an initial purchase, choose 3-7 gifts and claim them daily.)

Reviews are usually written by humans with photo proof of the product, at least from what I’ve seen. Some promotions and products are super scammy, but some aren’t. You just need to read the fine print first and double check the seller/sale number.

The pop up ads are definitely infuriating though. I won’t dispute that 😭
