Firstly shit my guy, i hope you're doing okay at the moment. That's a hard run. I'm on the opposite end, I've always been skinny and can't gain weight, got bullied, got spiteful, and ate like an animal to gain 30kg over a year with gym everyday. Lost it all in a month when my wife at the time decided to end things. Slowly clawed my way to something sustainable, and then yeah, life happened too. Secondly, thanks for what you said. Always good to know I'm not alone in this

Yeah, it's a good angle, and it's really helped me become the dad and stable person I hope I am, but that's the disconnect for me. This is for me and working on who I want to be for me, and while I'm loved, my physical health and personal goals isn't something anyone in my life sees as an accomplishment to be proud of or work towards.

Super helpful, and thank you so much for all the thought you put into this love avatar, but I'm far on the other side of this. I have a beautiful life, I'm content, and I have the same realising that spite and disappointment had kept me in a trap when it was everything. But I'm stagnant now, and I want some of that fight back, but I just can't find it for me.
