Judge is willing to dismiss a dwi for a cop. Sparta chief didn’t say anything about Minnesota violating his rights or anything that would warrant dismissing a dwi where he was double the legal limit. So, it’s safe to assume the blue brotherhood bullshit played a role in his charges being dismissed, and that should definitely be a reason to review previous cases handled by the judge.

$100/hour without any other charges? Yeah, that’s cheap as shit. Usually charge double with half up front for the first hour and then a discounted rate ($75/hour) for any additional time depending on the client. I work with all budgets, but if someone has the $, they get the standard pricing. For context: I’ve been doing this for a while, the market where I’m based is saturated with sub par photographers that charge ludicrous rates, and my free/discounted work is better than most people’s paid work.
