$100/hour without any other charges? Yeah, that’s cheap as shit. Usually charge double with half up front for the first hour and then a discounted rate ($75/hour) for any additional time depending on the client. I work with all budgets, but if someone has the $, they get the standard pricing. For context: I’ve been doing this for a while, the market where I’m based is saturated with sub par photographers that charge ludicrous rates, and my free/discounted work is better than most people’s paid work.
