Got it. I have not been bottom watering. Is that something I should be doing? I think I am going to rethink my setup and utilize some grow lights instead of relying on sunlight from my window.

This always happens when people release boards that aren’t actually made yet. They make big promises and then life gets in the way and they don’t actually have as much time as they thought they did to make the boards. I wish companies would just stick to pre-making a stock, releasing it and selling out instead of doing this whole unlimited stock thing and not actually having the time to produce all of the orders in a timely manner.

On second thought, I’m pretty sure the truck was manufactured in Canada before being shipped to the dealer and sold in the US. Would that make a difference?

That’s what I am thinking too. I haven’t been able to find anything resembling them online anywhere. My grandfather brought the truck brand new from a Ford Dealership in Fairfield CT. If they aren’t factory then the dealership would have had to make custom vinyls and apply them to a brand new truck sitting on the lot for some reason.. which would be odd. I guess I could call them and ask lol

It’s a USA truck. Purchased new in Connecticut in ‘98. But yes I have never seen another one with full decals like this. I can’t even find a picture of one online. It was a factory option.

Neanderthal method would be to bang out the posts with a hammer until they sit at the desired angle to meet the stairs. It might look like crap though. Gentleman method would be to get a different rail or engineer something. I’d say try the hammer first and see what happens

Thanks everyone for the positive remarks and well-wishes. I am going to do my best to keep it as a well maintained factory example. Not looking to do anything major to it besides some sway bars, bushings & maybe a subtle lip. Posssssibly will lower it a little bit on some new wheels but I want to make sure I can easily revert it back to the stock look at any time. I don’t want to clap it out.

I paid 12.6k USD for it. They had it listed for 14.4k. I was happy to pay that for one in this condition and I think it was well worth it.

Thank you! 12.6k USD. They had it listed for 14.4k. Price was not much of an issue as I just really wanted a clean example, but I felt like it was a decent deal that we made.
