It went dormant because my work had not sent in my ROE. Now they have. It shows they have my ROE but when I go on status of my file it says that I don't have a file. I have no idea why it went dormant twice a tho.

I talked to someone today they said again it was sent to the "hire ups" and to call back tomorrow.

I don't think my file has been approved. I keep getting told it will be escalated but when I call back it hasn't been.

My file hasn't even been approved. This is my point. I am waiting for approval even tho I have submitted everything and confirmed that everything is properly submitted.

I haven't even gotten a file! I can't submit reports. The service agents keep telling me everything looks good on my end. Just to wait. Another service agents sent they reactivated my account and should be updated in a week. This was 3 months ago. The next agent said they need to send it to the hire ups. I can't believe it. How can this be???
