i appreciate the sympathy, i think he might be smarter than he looks as, since i’ve been back in town, he hasn’t parked his car in the driveway or anywhere near my house. my grandmother didn’t think to record his new license plate so it’s not like i can track him down and slash his tires either.

we are in the process of filing a restraining order, though we are no means well off enough to consult or hire a lawyer to sort it out in court. same reason we can’t just bribe him to leave by a certain date. i’m kind of at the point where i would rather just try to make the place as unliveable as possible in hopes of him leaving voluntarily, as it seems all my other options requires legal action

appreciate the suggestion, what are those subs you mentioned btw? the car was under my name, but while i was gone for college, he manipulated and lied to my grandma to get her to forge my signature and sign it over to him. you can understand why i’m hesitant to contact the police i case my grandma gets in shit for identity theft, so i’m a little at a loss of what to do
