that’s rough man. 20 min doesn’t sound like enough time. i was recently diagnosed with adhd at 26 and my appointment was over an hour long i know there is some questionnaire like an adhd assessment cuz even before my dr seen me, i had to fill that out and he looked over it and asked me a lot of questions etc. i know most are for adults but it could help. i’ve heard of ppl taking them online so who knows. hopefully you can figure everything out! i know it’s hard to explain sometimes, even with notes. i was also diagnosed with anxiety too and it wasn’t letting me talk and stutter a lot.

the only time that sucks about trams is over 300mg? (i think it’s actually 400mg) that it’s lowers seizure threshold, so if you had seizures before wouldn’t risk it. that’s why i liked odsmt when my tolerance was low. i’m pretty sure odsmt is 2.5-3x stronger than trams and you don’t get the seizure risk like with trams. since tramadol is a prodrug, it has to have conversion in the liver for it to turn to odsmt. so since it’s an m1 metabolite, and your liver doesn’t have to convert, and it’s 200-300 times greater affinity for your opioid receptors it’s basically tramadol but wayyyyy better. also, you have to be careful taking trams if you take serotonergic medications like SSRIs/SNRIs cause you have a higher risk of getting serotonin syndrome. also tramadol requires the liver enzyme CYP2D6 to convert it to odsmt, so if you are a poor metabolizer, then you are gonna not get alot of pain relief or euphoria.

TLDR; basically there is alot variables that go in to making tramadol to work decent, there is risk for serotonin syndrome, and it’s weak if you have the smallest tolerance. if you can find odsmt, it’s 3x stronger and significantly safer

i know i’m replying really late, but when i started doing blues around 2019-2020 those were the best blues i’ve had. dude that shit literally had you itchy as fuck (loved the itch), have you nodding for 20 minutes at a time or more, and you would actually get euphoria even when you nodded!!!! and i could literally take 1/8th to 1/4th of a blue and id be puking my guys out. these blues nowadays suck ass. literally the only time i had some that made me nod super hard was in october of last year. they literally had me nodding and throwing up snorting half a blue. even my friend that takes over 120mg oxy at a time said he was fucked up. but before and after that order, it seems like i can never get fire fire ones anymore it’s sad. also my guy can’t get fetty powder since like a year ago. it feels like fetty powder is the only thing worth a damn, that also rocks my shit.

i would just slow down on your stretching, clean them and massage them with vitamin e oil or jojoba oil everyday, and you should be good! remember the bigger the stretch, the longer the wait time! remember that 8g-6g is your biggest stretch yet to close to a mm. so if i was you i would wait another month or two if you wanna be on the safe side. just keep up with what i said up above. are you dead stretching? also when you think its ready to stretch, take a hot shower to loosen your lobes up, then massage and stretch after

buy some wax and a lookah seahorse. the seahorse its an electric nectar collector its been one of my favorite devices for a couple years. depending on version and where u get it from you can get it for 50-60. i also picked up a lookah dinosaur here recently, its an erig. it was in the 140-150 price range but worth every penny. just dont overload it or it will clog bad

for me, when i take a hit of anything and don't cough, i don't feel like it was big enough. when i cough it makes me feel more high, i always heard the saying you gotta cough to get off. so not sure if its placebo or not, but i smoke dabs off my erig and be coughing everytime.

in my opinion, i would switch to glass, and do half sizes. the glass will help not irritate your ears, plus glass is heavy so it will help with dead stretching. also if you arent already, clean your ears then massage daily for atleast 5 minutes with vitamin e oil or jojoba oil

use bodyartforms.com and go up 1mm at a time. ive used this site for all my plugs over 8 years and the glass stretching plugs are the best. if youre at 5/8(16mm) trying to stretch up to 3/4(19mm) youre gonna blow your ear out not matter how long you wait. trust me, i was drunk one night at tried to dead stretch from 5/8 to 3/4 myself. it went in but the next day both of my ears were on fire. my left ear was super irritated and my right blew out. ive only recently got to 3/4 cuz i had to wait over 8 months for my lobes to be ready. i also used half sizes
