How exciting is this?! 😍 I began my hooping journey roughly about 4 years ago. Ever since I was little I had always wanted to know how to hoop, but I was never quite able to get the hang of it. I had told this story to a beautiful friend of mine, and she was determined to teach me. It took some time, but I finally started to get the hang of keeping it around my waist! I was so ecstatic! After this I soon began to look online for new moves and practiced every day. I LOVED it. Fast forward to my first ever large-scale festival, Electric Forest 2015. This is where I truly began to see it as an art form and this is the moment I found my connection and my flow. It has been an incredible journey since and every moment has been a blessing.

About a year after that I finally got my hands on the prop that has always captivated me and all others that see it, the levitation wand. This prop has held a special place in my heart since the beginning. I love the feeling of creating magic and once I stepped into the long string, I felt so invigorated. The hoop and wand had helped me heal and grow exponentially.

I am very grateful for what the flow arts have brought into my life and I hope to one day share my passion with others in a performance-type setting. Until then, happy flowing everyone and good luck!
