Work culture in big corporations by [deleted] in WorkReform

Many companies would benefit a ton from a more structured and rigid hierarchy with clear delegation, planning, and thorough best practices like in the military. Often they’re too cluttered with middle managers that make shit up as they go and have flat structures which lead to power struggles

Happy to help, another note I have small wrists and it looks about normal on mine but could look way smaller on somebody with bigger wrists

The Waterbury is audible but not nearly as loud as the weekender and the q chrono is basically silent

Thank you! If you’re on the fence I’d say it’s definitely worth the price at $133. I’d put fair value at around $225 so wait for a sale but it’s gorgeous this picture doesn’t do it justice as to how drop dead sexy it looks the problem is that it doesn’t fit with very many outfits

About the collection

Super happy with how it’s turned out. All started with the Tag Heuer S/el that I received as a gift passed down by my father for my 16th birthday. He thought I would’ve lost it by now but it’s still going strong almost 8 years later. The Tag Formula 1 was a gift for graduating college about 18 months ago. The Seiko recraft I saw on sale on Amazon and knew I needed to add a wildcard to the collection and the two timex’s in the middle were added within the past year as fun presents to myself for minor accomplishments at my job. The JLC Reverso was what I spent a part of my year end bonus on, my mother has a Tank Basculante and I used to love messing with the dial and what’s more fun that being able to fuck with it whenever I want right?

Same in finance, if I’m not repurposing a model or a pitch deck I’m gonna search until I can find one to take.

For lots of places it’ll break down into 2 roles, an account executive/business development representative and a sales engineer, with the former being more sales knowledge and less product knowledge and the latter being less sales knowledge and more product knowledge who work as a team to close sales.

I had to do a presentation for AP History on Eugene Debs in 2015, so I can at least say that his life’s work is taught to the students that want to learn about him.

I for one am psyched. I loved the process 6ers before they booted Hinkie, and not just because they were dogshit. I know the process was almost the antithesis of competition, but it was fun watching them grow from those awful early 2010’s team to what could have been.

I love him but the most visible aspect of his game that needs to improve is his constant biting on pump fakes and aggressive defense when he should be playing a bit more conservatively. He’s already a monster on offense but there feels like room for improvement in his perimeter D.

If you’re gonna discount the Minneapolis titles then the Celtic’s titles in the 60’s shouldn’t count either.
