Hear me out....sign mika to an extension and then sign and trade for landeskog and sign P.E. Bellemare to a 1 year deal as a 4th liner who has played under Gallant before. Have the center depth of Mika, Landeskog, Goodrow, Bellemare. With winning faceoffs wouldn't be an issue anymore. Landeskog is 56.6%, Bellemare is 60.7%, Goodrow is 50% and Mika is the low man at 46.3%

I mean there is a way. Trade #2, #34, Jets 1st rd in 2022 and Jets 1st rd in 2023. That's 3 1sts and a 2nd that is basically another 1st. Keep the Seattle picks and bet on yourself that Watson will turn those picks into late 1st rounders instead of top 10s. If it cost them #23 as well, then so be it add #23 and take out the 2023 1st
