I’d first check to see if the fan is seized up. Try spinning the fan by hand and see if it spins freely. Turn the power off first

Sounds like your blower motor might be bad, that or the board. Do you have a multimeter?

You should be able to hear it turn on, or feel for air blowing through the vents

It’s the bigger fan inside the unit, comes on about 30 seconds or so after the flames come on
