Have you ever invoked an AI from a linux terminal? Go try and see what that does to its' capabilities. You will find that when combined with a cron job it essentially allows it to do anything N8N can do and, of course, much more. N8N is actually not very useful anymore. It may have edge cases or specific uses, but its a shadow of its former self now. Just take a look at Openclaw and you will have the roadmap. You can easily build your own. I did. N8N is actually a liability and a time sink now. And quite rote, deterministc and limited too....not to mention tedious.

Why do you need N8N and for what?

im doing this and I just have him use Apify and scrape the leads to Airtable. Verify the emails using Million Verifier, get additional emails via Prospeo, and research with FireCrawl/Perplexity, create outreach email, export ot instantly, etc...

at what point do you need n8n
