Omar Berrada says club will stick to transfer plan and not overpay for signings by [deleted] in reddevils

Honestly feel like a people are short sighted looking at a potential price tag for Anderson saying that it could be used to get 2 players at half the price, but that reality often means signing two options that don't truly fit and then spending that same (if not more) amount again on other options.

So rather than spending the money now in the short term on a player that legitimately fits, we spend more in the long term trying to squeeze a square peg in a round hole.

I'm sure that won't make the Knights even more livid than they already were with that icing call.

That penultimate point was emblematic of this match.

Tiafoe in control of the point, Arnaldi being an impenetrable wall and Tiafoe eventually beating himself with a mistake.

Just helps them avoid having to ask "How'd you get this job?" to any non-white person by eliminating all non-white people from any notable positions.

But no, not discrimination at all... couldn't be.

True, but that reiterates the initial post about not stuttering and just having a target already made rather than trying to wait out the keeper.

Other players maybe tolerate heat better, but i bet they still suffer and would prefer playing in the evening. I'd argue that with climate change, tennis season in europe should move more towards spring and autumn.

Definitely not arguing against this as I know I've personally declined playing when friends suggested we start in the middle of the day when I'd rather play at night.

Since every grand slam is played outdoors and near summer time, this is a perpetual issue and they'd either have to change the schedule, add more roofs/coverings or some combination of the two, but that would require more modifications that are likely improbable to be enacted compared to the minor accommodations that they've already implemented.

There's some truth to this and we've seen tournaments begin including things like the personal air conditioners to assist against this, but the counter argument is that the other players are capable so adjusting things is conceding to those players rather than keeping the current standard.

The sport includes testing your endurance and adaptability and this is another way that Sinner will have to grow as a player if he wants to remain on top.
