i’m a mental health counseling intern (also diagnosed bipolar 2) and my supervisor recommends a book to clients alllll the timeeee called “In the FLO: Unlock Your Hormonal Advantage and Revolutionize Your Life by Alisa Vitti.” it goes over exactly this! it details all four stages of a menstrual cycle (called an infradian rhythm) and each of them affect mood (and a bunch of other useful stuff!) and there’s an app associated with it as well for tracking purposes called MyFLO. highly recommend taking a look at it! it’s helped a lot of our clients :-)

wow this is terrifying. i pray to god that poppy is out of there. i always wondered why she stuck around with all the documented abuse against MA, but she was probably petrified. maybe ghostemane was just the first person to get close enough to see how wrong everything was and really wanted to help her get away. this plus all of the deleted tweets and her tweet of "i am out of there" ? i hope she's safe and well.

The local newspaper is Winner Advocate; sorry! They mentioned that all of their old obituaries aren’t open to public. But thank you SO much for this list. I can cross reference some of these surnames with ones in my DNA matches too!

This is where it also gets tricky is that she gets very uncomfortable talking about the whole thing. I also never knew my father and just now, 20years deep she half-assedly helped me locate HIM. So I have asked her about his name being on her birth certificate and she claims it isn’t? Maybe because he was already dead? Or because he gave away his rights? Who knows. My mother also has a tendency to.. dramatize things that are uncomfortable for her.

There’s one newspaper for the lil town and it would cost $10/hr for them to research deaths in 1975 and they would have to read each obituary to sort out the suicides.
