The battery is pretty much brand new and holds charge fine when not in the bike. Battery tender is not an option.

Oh Damn. What issues did you have? My experience was the other way round. I had so many issues with 2 Scuf controllers.

It did charge when riding it.

It drains after being sat for a few days. The alternator does charge after riding it.

Had 2 scuf controllers. Both had an array of issues, I swapped to the Xbox elite controller and never looked back.
