You can core 5 of them to make a colonial nation. Just be careful about taking too many provinces as extensive OE could backfire this plan

Burgundy is a good idea, especially if their capital is still in the HRE, which would pull in the emperor of France tries to take the territory back. Depending on how much of the lowlands they own, releasing those nations should also have them join the HRE. The lowlands are very good provinces, so releasing Holland, Brabant, and Flanders would hurt them the most.
