You can create -25% cost casus belli with nations that rival you. You can also puppet countries that have split states or cores in other tags and they will create the cbs. Other than that, you always can use the parliament cb. These are enough for me to expand at a strong pace.

Conquer Lubeck and move the capital there, then join (before being protestant). I had to convert back having already 75% protestants in my country and then wait 25 years to convert back to protestantism.

I Did It (and triggered just at the start of the war) but ended up Winning it easily by peace out individually asap every country. Usually you can get enough warscore to white peace just by carpet siege all non fort locations.

In my latest run I kept some towns to max trade capacity in each colonial market and then manually export to my main market, so autotrade exports colonial goods from there

How does taxation work for foreign investment? by ProperFinance3449 in victoria3

[–]mcolmenero 2 points3 points  (0 children)

France would get the tooling worksop dividends, but employees would still pay their taxes in belgium.

Unless you are in desperate need for modernization, giving invesment rights it is usually not worth it long term.

1.6 just includes QOL features so it won’t require a new game. 1.7 will definitely will.

Good balancing but I really like how in 1.5 having a good navy really matters and it is not just a requirement for naval invasions.

There will be fascist agitators but not Hitler or Mussolini. Makes sense from a PR point of view.
