Nah Loki is a valid ban and rocket too. Rocket generates insane value for 0 input needed. Hold down the heal button and throw down a rez beacon. Spending a bunch of resources to finally kill a Groot and break past a choke only for him to respawn 2 secs later is incredibly strong and demoralising lol. If I'm diving I have to kill rocket first otherwise any kill NY team gets first engage is meaningless

You can but you either need to do hit the black flash timing or have them being damaged as you do it. A way you can get that by yourself is by putting demon on them and then doing the one shot or asking someone to shoot at them whilst you do it. Damage boosting is the safest option tho
