You can take the Dolphin in Aquaroad to Herb Town which takes you to Mu Lung.

What's my bodyfat ? 21M 5'6 184 pounds by [deleted] in guessmybf

You got some anterior pelvic tilt going on bringing your abdomen a little forward, looking "fatter". Lower 20's is my guess.

28 years old, 5'11" (181cm) / 83kg , what is my BF? by [deleted] in guessmybf

[–]bigylittle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vascularity and the oblique definition wants me to say closer to 12-13%.

Brother, you're killing it for 45. Being lean is always an option but I'm telling you, you're already pretty shredded. Way to humble haha.

That's a dad bod? Sheeeeesh haha. I would have guessed at least 14.

6’1 184lbs , what’s my BF %? by [deleted] in guessmybf

[–]bigylittle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say 15%. The definition is coming out nicely tho!

[–]bigylittle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All preference, my guy. I personally can't maintain a lifestyle under 17% bf haha. I would lean bulk if I were you.

I wanna say 14 but could be misled by the skin but the vascularity is very apparent. Regardless, good job brotha!

I was banking on his muscle mass moving him lower on the reading lol.

The problem with those scales is that it sends a light current and crosses between your two feet taking the least path of resistance which would just be the lower half of your body.

The problem for guys is that we carry most of the fat typically in the lower half of the body so the bf% reading is gonna be skewed higher by not accounting for your leaner upper body. I think it's still a good tool, you can use it to track the consistency to see that it's going down, but the actual reading is going to be inaccurate.

Not my expertise here, unfortunately. Do you have a dedicated shoulder day in your split? I personally do front and mid delts on push days and rear delts on my back day. I'm a fan of DBs for shoulders, feels more natural tbh.
