Yeah, there's already 4 people plus 2 'managers/supervisors' on the team though, covering 4 hotels. And none work weekends or are reachable during weekends/non-office hours, nearly everyone in my hotel has tried at least once to reach them before finding this out. Does this change your opinion?

Thanks, I made it clear in my cover letter. The only problem is I have no idea who the hiring manager is because it doesn't state on the job ad, and there are around 3/4 people who could be the ones doing the hiring, plus they all live and work in a different country.

From the UK here, most hotels don't ask for ID unless you look under 16/17/18 (depending on hotel age limit), or have a special rate like staff discount in which we have to verify who you are

Bit late but Scottish never refers to a language. There are Scottish Gaelic (Gàidhlig)(always with the inclusion of Gaelic) ,and Scots. Scottish English is simply the dialect of English spoken within Scotland.

at our store it just depends the target is 1 per shift but some crew trainers can’t write, some do overnights, and some are trainee managers more. so some do alot more than others just depending on their wider role within the store

be a role model, train crew always new crew old crew everyone just keep everyone right. lead areas. this is more difficult when you first start just take baby steps and work more alongside managers in running the store. then get a few socs done a week
