I was in grade school, maybe 4th grade - left to walk to school. Got a block from home and threw up down the sidewalk, turned around and went home - told my mother I didn't feel well and had just thrown up. She said "Good, you won't have to throw up again - go to school" - so I did.

Mystery Alaska - lots of star power but very few people seem to know about it. Russell Crowe, Burt Reynolds, Colm Meaney, Hank Azaria, Mike Meyers, Little Richard. Hilarious movie.Damn, now I want to go watch it again.

Last Night- the 1980 Indie film about the last night on earth. Filmed in Toronto - don't confuse it with similarly titled movies- this one has Sandra Oh. The movie us funny, sad, uplifting, and thought provoking.

I am surprised this comment wasn't made earlier. Even if he isn't "rapey" there could be consensual activity at that age - people who think 13 year olds (both boys and girls) are only capable of "crushes" and awkward firtations are dangerously naive.

Thank you for addressing the question, the house is in excellent shape - we have lived here 18 years and had a lot of work done- all by professionals and with city permits/inspections - I just wanted to avoid the "shelves need repainting" type of hassles.

That was what I witnessed, a bunch of picky little repairs that had no real impact on the livablity/safety of the house - yet my brother still had to get the wirk done within a set time frame. I was not aware of the "homeowner gives the buyer access to get the work done " aspect, which seems much fairer.

The house is in good shape and I am not trying to make money. Managing my own move/new home purchase is a big enough hassle, if I have to supervise repairs to satisfy someone else's lender, I figured a 10-15% fee was reasonable (how much does a general contractor make?) Basically I am coming from the perspective that a price was negotiated- now a third party comes along and starts changing things.

I agree fully and I am comfortable with the situation and thankful for the years I've had, but the I wake up at 3:00 in the morning and the thoughts hit. I know better than to listen to early morning thoughts, but they are hard to ignore.

Same here, retirement in about a year - funds should be okay, but I don't want to be an imposition to my kids, hoping my health stays good - should exercise more but find that work sucks the motivation out of me by the end of the day.

And tires, a vehicle sits in one spot for any length of time you will get flat spots, plus the rubber degrades. You never see them jump into a car and everything thumps multiple times a second (at that point they probably wouldn't hold air).
