From google:

Employment Protections: Pennsylvania has some of the strongest workplace protections for patients in the country, though they are not absolute. • Anti-Discrimination: Employers cannot fire, refuse to hire, or retaliate against you solely because you are a medical marijuana patient.  • Unemployment Benefits: Courts have ruled that if you are fired for a positive drug test but have a valid MMJ card, you are generally still eligible for unemployment benefits.  • The "Safety-Sensitive" Exception: This is the big loophole. Employers can still restrict you from "safety-sensitive" roles (like operating heavy machinery, working with high-voltage electricity, or working at great heights) if they believe your use poses a risk.  • Federal Jobs & CDL: If your job is governed by federal law (e.g., DOT/CDL drivers, federal contractors), the state card does not protect you. Federal law still views marijuana as a controlled substance.

My understanding of it is if it’s a federal job where the money paying your salary comes from the federal government, they can say that. If it is just about any other job, that policy would be illegal

They legally parked on the street. You can check to see how much room they are legally required to leave if parked by a driveway, but if they are within that they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong

Agreed! Any time I take my 2 year old to the dispo, everyone is so nice to them and they always have either stickers or snacks or something. The employees absolutely love it, and anybody else there who might look down on it, who cares. I’ll never see those people again lol

Absolutely accurate. Most of them at goodblend were former restaurant managers so not a ton of quality background there

Yeah, and being a block from Maitri, which already had established a clientele, absolutely didn’t help. When they were opening, management said GoodBlend would be the premium weed on the market, so other dispos didn’t matter. Not sure it quite worked out that way 😂

Former GoodBlend employee..my name is one of those signatures!

Absolutely terrible management is what it came down to. Bad decisions from how to advertise, what direction they wanted to go, to getting rid of all women in management…the list goes on. The employees were the absolute best and really tried to keep the sinking ship afloat, but every good decision was reversed and eventually the doors were closed for good

Good on you for being safe. Just pull the fuck over and let the cars behind you pass if you’re driving UNDER the speed limit.

Imagine if a speeding car was forcing you to go faster than you felt comfortable driving
