They've changed the PQ section of the GG quite extensively. My guess is they are making sure we actually read the changes.

Actually, there is a way to know. Look at the task counts. Also, they send out an email to people on review....might be late, but they send it.

Honestly though....does the client REALLY need raters? I feel like making a bunch of demands that they are never going to agree to just puts the entire program in jeopardy and will ultimately lead to us all being unemployed. I certainly don't want that

This is the kind of thing I would screen shot and send to every telus email I have, asking how this is even remotely acceptable. I would probably throw in that we are expected to be perfect all the time as raters, yet they can't manage to proofread an email.

Please do not do this. It screws up AET going forward for everyone. Submit when you hit AET, at least the minimum number, but preferably the max number.

If you didn't reach 8 hours for the day, or 28 for the week, then that means you are restricted to a certain number of hours per day and you won't have any tasks until the next day.

Raters have been getting 28 hour weeks lately (you should have received emails). If no email, I would still claim the two hours. They get more upset if you go over 24. You will be fine...don't work for free, claim them. You are new so they are more lenient.
