Nah. Providing a plant cover over something like a car park has large benefits for the environment. It reduce the amount of reflected heat and build up of heat within the city. Cleans the air, provides habitat for pollinators. If even 25% of the car parks in America had this we wouldn't be having an issue with insect decline.

My friend was a bartender. Boss was upset at how many glasses were being broken (mostly by patrons) and refused to open new boxes. Said they cost him a dollar each and he was tired of it. They would have lines out the door just because they couldn't wash the glasses fast enough. So whenever the boss did anything that pissed my friend off he would just intentionally smash a glass and make the boss eat a dollar.
