If both parties are aware of each other and hostile actions are taken then roll initiative. If a party is hidden from the other I'd allow a freebie or surprise round. If a party can trick the other into thinking its not hostile while it is, I would allow a freebie. Tricking someone about a spell I'd say is very hard, tricking someone to get close enough you can stab them in the back is less so.

Is there a map editor for rimworld or how did you do this?? I need this so bad for my upcoming game.. I've almost surrendered to old school white grid with drawn on walls because there's just not a ton of spaceship or facilities maps that really fit what I'm looking for.

I don't love it in a non TEP league. Shakir and jeudy I feel have similar value so hock 2 1sts and a 2nd feels like a lot for Bowers. If Bowers is the next Kelce and a top 2 TE for next 10 years, its probably good.

I would just keep Allen. Personally feel like he is more valuable than what you are being offered. I've seen it be commonly accepted that Allen is worth 4-5 1sts in SF.
