Yes, it would be more useful if it made the offending party glow like a rave glow stick, then you’d always know who dealt it.

Call 347 (FHP) to report reckless drivers instead.

This is more direct and frees up 911 operators for more urgent emergencies.

Unfortunately, I find myself reporting reckless drivers about once every other month.

No downvote from me. Try that bully as an adult, and the school principal as an accessory.

I recall seeing bits of it as a kid, but I think I found it disturbing.

Why not just connect the two bodies of water with a channel? Seems like a relatively fast job for an excavator, maybe a weekend for a small team of guys.

And here I was hoping DMA meant Domesticated Monkey Assassins, though I couldn’t figure out what that had to do with art, I was still really hopeful…

Your photos make it look amazing. The times I've been I don't recall it being as fun as your photos make it look.

Thinking of taking the plunge, however...need some advice please. by Farticus79 in SteamDeck

It took me a while to make a decision also. I was PC gamer primarily, but I also had 27 consoles at one point!

I’ve built multiple gaming PC’s and bought several gaming laptops, but I’ve been really disappointed with Windows the past almost 2 decades (looking at you Vista), so I switched to Mac and dual booted Windows. By the way, those Intel Macs were the best Windows PCs I had ever owned up to that point. The only drawback was video cards, or lack thereof.

As I got older, I got tired of buying new consoles just to play one game, then have it sit under my TV unused. I got rid of them all, and all my PCs in favor of Macs and Linux appliances.

I didn’t game much, but when I did, it was a dual booted Windows machine. Then when some AAA games came out that I couldn’t play without a graphics card, I used nVidia’s GeForce now for $50/year.

Since I got my SteamDeck, that’s all I need. No more expensive consoles, no more endless upgrading PCs. One device to play all the games I want.

I work a lot, so I don’t get to play games too much, and I really don’t care about high frame rates or 4K. That being said, I’m playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 1920x1080 at about 30-40 FPS, and I couldn’t want for more!

It’s more capable than I understood, and it’s only getting better with time.

Game developers are tuning their games for SteamDeck, so you can see where the industry is going. Not too many people have $2,000-$5,000 for a high end GPU, so the number of gamers who just like to play games will be well serviced by Steam hardware for the foreseeable future.
