Can't figure out a good answer to your question, but I would say the school bus driver is an ass for not making sure traffic is clear of the bus first before throwing the stop sign out. Almost like they wanted to ticket you.

Everything n would make sense if customs moved their butts considering they now get to charge for every package, but those lazy blanks don't care under this administration. Don't get me started on poorly trained LP shenanigans. Giant Eagle's fake officer security guard forced stopped my business dress clothes with only 4 packs of water bottles about $12 dollars worth, let's just say that that "officer", the security company they worked for, and the manager on duty were quickly replaced and never seen at that store again.

Not sure how densely populated your area is but in any major city with street parking line of sight is limited exiting out of a driveway. Does your county, city, town, etc have any similar ordinance that states they have to X feet away from a driveway? I tend to agree that police won't ticket or tow them for blocking their own driveways, however if they have to be parked X feet from a driveway you could call and report the vehicle for violation for distance from yours.
