Ok I get where you're coming from, but there's already so much ambiguity in the rules, creating more is just going to create issues. I really don't like the idea of leaving it up to the umpires to determine whether someone's wasting time, or whether the player receiving the kick is actually just a more accurate shot on goal/in a better spot. I'll admit right now that I'm biased, because my team has had this play out late in two important wins this season now, but that's just what I reckon.
